This module invites you to build a conscious, compassionate relationship with cannabis—one that honors your full self. You’ll explore how this plant can become a tool for reconnection: with your physical body, your creative mind, your emotional landscape, and your spiritual rhythms. Through hands-on lessons, guided experiences, and mindful movement, you’ll begin to tune in—to the present moment, to your inner signals, and to the subtle ways cannabis can help you feel more whole so that you can begin using cannabis not just for symptom relief, but as a supportive practice that brings calm, clarity, and creativity into your daily life.
Lessons and assets include cannabis for creativity, calm, & clarity, the long history of cannabis and spirituality, dosage and consumption method tools, and exercises on tuning into self while consuming.
This module is about moving from autopilot to alignment. Whether you're using cannabis for presence, creativity, rest, or relief, you’ll learn how to make consumption choices with clarity and purpose. We’ll explore how to shift from default habits into conscious rituals that support your goals and lifestyle—so that you can use cannabis in ways that feel empowering, purposeful, and truly yours.
Lessons and assets will take you from Habit to Purpose with your consumption, help you customize a consumption flow, and practical tips to help with your day to day - including a lesson on parenting while being a conscious consumer.
In order to move forward consciously, we must first understand the past. This module invites you to explore cannabis history, the layers of stigma many of us carry, and how to honor the plant and its cultural lineage. You’ll also connect with rituals of gratitude and ways to respect both your body and the earth—so that you can advocate for the plant (and for yourself) with integrity, whether quietly or boldly.
Lessons & assets include brief history of cannabis & prohibition, exploring stigma, shame & shifting the narrative, gratitude practices & Earth-honoring rituals. Plus we'll dive deeper into respecting the plant and respecting your body.
Returning to wellness & reconnection don't happen in a vacuum - it's not just one thing; in fact it's several. In this module, you’ll explore how cannabis fits within a broader ecosystem of wellness tools that support your nervous system, intuition, and self-trust. You’ll discover simple yet powerful ways to enhance your connection to yourself and others—so that your growth feels integrated, sustainable, and aligned beyond your cannabis practice.
Lessons include ways to tap into grounding and centering techniques, as well as day-to-day "small" choices we make that can influence our relationship with ourselves and others beyond our cannabis practice.
Your environment isn’t just a backdrop—it shapes your experience. This module takes a closer look at how your physical space impacts both cannabis use and your overall well-being. You’ll learn how to create calming, intentional environments that support your regulation, focus, and daily rhythms—so that your space becomes a co-creator in your journey, not a source of distraction or stress.
Lessons and assets in this module include the power of setting cannabis & sensory design, creating a ritual-ready Space, and everyday environmental tweaks for nervous system support.
In this final module, we weave it all together. You’ll revisit where you began, celebrate how far you’ve come, and clarify what’s next for you on your conscious cannabis journey. My mission is to help women connect to their intuition and start actually trusting themselves again - mind, body, & nervous system, with intentional cannabis practices as a tool. Through a blend of ritual, reflection, and integration (with a lot of fun and community, too), we work to help you feel more calm, clear, and capable - with or without cannabis.
